We are very happy with the services that they provide. They are very prompt and thorough. We have never ever had even a small issue.

I have been using Swiss Touch since 2007, which is an indication of how good their service is. I chose a service, as opposed to an individual to ensure the staff were bonded and had all taxes and social security paid. They will do small or big jobs, occasionally or weekly. I have them come every other week. Delphine is very accommodating in scheduling. I have used several staff, just because of turnover. Julia and her husband have been cleaning for me for several years and I highly recommend them. Can't do any better than that.

Nikky from Swiss Touch has been cleaning our condo for the past year. She does an excellent job. Arrives on time, works efficiently and very pleasant. I would trust Nikky to clean our condo when we are not here. Delphine the owner is great to work with - she accepts, cash, check or credit cards for the cleaning service. When I ask for a particular date she will get back to me ASAP to confirm or give me an alternative time or day.
I highly recommend them. I am a fussy person but not obnoxious in what I expect someone to do - Nikky has always gone the extra mile to include cleaning areas that I requested that would not be on the normal cleaning duties.

Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated condo with a gorgeous view of the beach. Location is great, not too crowded but close to everything you need. Everything is provided to make it "your home away from home". Absolutely loved it!!

My husband and I and our two close friends just spent a glorious week at Marie and Lee's condo in Ocean Sands! The unit was impeccably clean, the furniture (including the beds) was very comfortable and the unit contained everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The view of the Gulf and the sound of the waves were addictive and we spent all our "at home" time sitting on the balcony and enjoying it all! Marie was wonderful to deal with. Any email inquiries before our arrival were always promptly answered and in a friendly manner. The Ocean Sands building is very well maintained and very quiet. We used the pool area every day and the barbeque pit often. The tenants that we met were friendly and polite. This was our first time staying in this unit and we plan on returning. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone planning a vacation to this area.

We have used the professionals at Swiss Touch Cleaning exclusively for several years now! After trying various other cleaning and maintenance services in the area we were never completed satisfied as the other companies always fell short of our expectations.
